Introduction
OpsRamp Copilot supports cross-platform collaboration with the HPE GreenLake Platform (GLP) to extend investigation and analysis beyond OpsRamp’s native capabilities. This integration enables unified AIOps workflows across the HPE ecosystem while maintaining strict security and tenant isolation.
Currently, the Probable Root Cause (PRC) agent is the only OpsRamp Copilot agent that collaborates with HPE GreenLake Platform agents to enhance root cause analysis.
Note: This collaboration is enabled only in the US region and depends on the availability and activation of domain-specific AI agents registered with the GLIM hub.

How the Collaboration Works
1. Incident detected in OpsRamp
OpsRamp detects a critical issue, such as workload performance degradation.
2. PRC analysis initiated
You ask OpsRamp Copilot to perform root cause analysis. Copilot analyzes available compute, virtualization, network, and application data.
3. Storage insight requested from GreenLake
If storage involvement is suspected, OpsRamp Copilot automatically requests relevant storage wellness insights from HPE GreenLake for the same time window.
4. GreenLake evaluates storage health
HPE GreenLake assesses storage wellness and returns read-only insights.
5. Enriched RCA presented in OpsRamp
OpsRamp Copilot combines its analysis with GreenLake insights and presents a single, enriched root cause explanation directly in OpsRamp.
